Welcome to the Kyiv School of Economics

The Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) founded by the Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC) (www.eerc.kiev.ua) and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation (www.pinchukfund.org) is a world-class institution, with a reputation for excellence, both in Ukraine and internationally. It aims to rank among the top schools in Central and Eastern Europe, producing a future generation of world-class economics. In doing so, it helps to improve the economic, business, and policymaking environments of Ukraine and neighboring countries.

The Kyiv School of Economics offers an internationally recognized two-year, full time English language Master’s Program with focus on Financial Economics, Economic Policy and Economics of Firms, Consumers and Market Structure. The program is taught by international and Western-trained Ukrainian faculty with a strong research background, its curriculum is modeled on the best economics and financial economics graduate programs in North America and Western Europe and provides students with unrivalled access to economics literature and resources.

What KSE Offers to Students:

  • Training in economic and financial modelling and analysis, which leads to solid career opportunities in business, finance, consulting, market research, and policy-making. Students have also the possibility to study at the Ph.D. level abroad or in Ukraine and joint Ph.D. programs in economics exist with CERGE-EI (Prague) and Central European University (Budapest).

    In addition, we are developing a cooperation program with the University of Houston, U.S.A., that will provide KSE students with an American-accredited master's degree in economics.
